Pros: you can touch sea cocumbers and starfish. Cons: 60usd entrance ticket is a bit too much. Quite decent content, they also run mini events when they explain stuff.

I had purchased tickets in the morning online apparently from a 3rd party vendor. By the time I got to the aquarium my bank decided that the 3rd party was a scam and had flagged and cancelled the purchase(I didn’t know this till I was showing my latest receipt) I was supposed to get some QR codes for tickets but the website said they had a technical difficulty and were working on it. Anyway, after calling my bank(they never answered) the staff the calling the 3rd party company to try and figure out what happened and then letting me know. The staff were very helpful, friendly and understanding to our situation. They helped us out and we got some tickets at the counter. I would have rather bought tickets there but someone in my group said I needed to buy them online. I really appreciate all that you guys/ gals did for our family. Also the response time on sanitizing the kids play area was pretty incredible. As we were walking back from the shave ice stand I was looking to see how busy the play area was before letting our kiddo run around. Well I saw a kid who wasn’t being watched by his parents and had his pants at his ankles and was peeling inside the play area. I told someone, yea I know some people might say I’m a “snitch” but do you want your kid playing in fresh pee? Anyway by the time I had sat down they already had people on it. Very impressed with the whole aquarium and the staff.

Great place to go although thankfully we had free tickets because $60 an adult is a bit overpriced. Plenty to see and a lovely onsite restaurant with lovely food.

It is a nice place to visit and experience the 3d theater and the aquarium, however, it seemed overpriced.
