Your membership directly supports our commitment to caring for native and endemic species found nowhere else on Earth, sharing authentic Hawaiian, culture, history and educational experiences that honor the connection between people and nature. It helps ensure that local families, returning visitors, and ocean lovers everywhere can experience the true wonders of Hawaiʻi’s marine world.
For each membership purchased a donation is made on your behalf to the Maui Ocean Center Marine Institute, supporting sea turtle rescue, coral rehabilitation, and ongoing conservation work.

With your Nā Hoa Kai membership, you can enjoy added benefits through the ASTC Travel Passport Program, which provides access to nearly 400 museums and science centers around the world. It’s another way your membership links you to a larger community of conservation, culture, and education. ASTC participating venues are dedicated to science, culture, conservation, and lifelong learning.
