Paul, the founder of Conservation Snorkel is a passionate marine biologist with a profound dedication to preserving ocean ecosystems. With a background in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Paul has been actively involved in the Marine Conservation industry since 2015. His extensive experience spans from rescuing sea turtles to spearheading coral projects, making him a true advocate for marine life protection.

The snorkeling tour at the Maui Ocean Center offers participants a chance to witness the natural beauty of Maui’s underwater ecosystems up close. Beyond the thrill of snorkeling, this tour is designed to be an educational experience. Marine biologists share insights about the unique species of fish, coral formations, and other fascinating aspects of the reef ecosystem.
Safety is paramount during the tour. Participants are provided with all necessary snorkeling gear, including a mask, snorkel, fins, and a flotation device if needed. The equipment is thoroughly inspected and sanitized after each use.
Participants are guided by trained marine biologists who are not only passionate about the ocean but also possess in-depth knowledge of Hawaiian marine species and their habitats.
The tour includes the option for participants to have their underwater adventure captured with photos taken by the guide. This allows guests to relive and share their memorable snorkeling experience.
