Maui Ocean Center, in partnership with Kanu Ka ʻIke, is proud to announce the inaugural Wai.Kai Week, celebrating Wai (freshwater) and Kai (saltwater) where two realms meet. Wai.Kai aims to provide tools and resources to inspire individuals to become environmental stewards and bring awareness on how to mālama (take care of) our precious resources. Wai.Kai Week features free Aquarium admission for Hawai’i resident children, guest environmental organizations, a Kauhulu evening talk, and a Wai.Kai Benefit Night.
